Ras is a life saver!!! Truly so grateful for all the help Ras had given me in such a short notice. Fixed my laptop within 2 days and retrieved all my data that the Apple store told me was not possible to get back (only at a hefty price). Ras went above and beyond, going the extra mile to make my situation less stressful, while giving me such a positive experience and being so gentle and supportive.

I went in to see Ras about an issue with my mac this week after discussing the issue over the phone. This guy seriously knows a lot and managed to effortlessly locate the issue within mins.

Absolutely fantastic service from Ras - he was able to recover and transfer all data from my defective 2014 MacBook Pro to a 2020 model all within a couple of hours and at a really reasonable price, and I can now access all of my previous files with ease.
