Payment Options

Paying for Your Mac or Service
Complete Mac Solutions accepts payment for refurbished Macs, repairs and other agreed work. We can discuss the available payment method when confirming your purchase or quotation, so you know the total and the arrangements before proceeding. Contact us if you need clarification about an invoice or payment request.
Our payment options include Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer and PayPal. Contact us to discuss paying by card, or ask for the appropriate payment instructions for your order. Use the agreed reference so your payment can be matched to the right purchase or repair.
Before sending a bank transfer, check the amount, reference and account details against the invoice or instructions confirmed with us. If any message appears to change those details unexpectedly, call us using the number on this website first. Do not send card details or account passwords through an ordinary enquiry form.
Visa and Mastercard
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. To discuss card payment for your order or repair, contact us. Have your invoice or agreed purchase details available so we can identify the transaction.
There is no added consumer debit- or credit-card surcharge. The amount payable should be the total agreed for your purchase or service, including any separately agreed work or delivery charges.
PayPal
PayPal is an available online payment option. Contact us for the correct payment arrangements for your order rather than sending money to an address taken from an unrelated message.
There is no added consumer PayPal surcharge. Confirm the full purchase total and any delivery arrangements before paying, and keep the transaction confirmation with your order details.
Bank Transfer
For BACS or bank-transfer payments, request the payment details for your invoice directly from Complete Mac Solutions. Use the account name, account number, sort code and reference supplied for the agreed order or repair.
Check that the account details and amount match the instructions confirmed with us before making payment. If your bank shows a name-check warning or the details differ, stop and call us to clarify. Do not assume an unexpected email changing the account is genuine.
Make Your Payment Easy to Identify
Include the agreed reference and retain the confirmation. If you are paying for someone else, tell us which order or repair the payment relates to. Where several computers or invoices are involved, clarify how the amount should be allocated.
A bank or payment-provider confirmation records your payment instruction; contact us if you need to check that it has been received and matched to the correct job. Sending the reference, amount and payment date is more useful than sending sensitive banking information.
Before Collection or Dispatch
Ask us to confirm the payment and collection or dispatch arrangements for your particular purchase or repair. If a delivery charge or additional work is involved, it should be discussed as part of the total rather than assumed.
For delivery preparation, see our postage page. For questions about an existing job, use the service update guidance. Please contact us before travelling to collect a Mac.
Payment Questions
Can I pay by telephone?
Call us to discuss payment by Visa or Mastercard and identify the order or repair you are paying for.
What reference should I use?
Use your surname unless we have agreed a different invoice or order reference. Contact us if several purchases could make that unclear.
What if the amount or account details seem wrong?
Do not proceed until they are clarified. Call the published number and confirm the correct details with us.
Can I send payment details through the contact form?
Use the form for an enquiry, not card numbers, security codes, passwords or banking credentials. We can discuss the suitable payment route separately.
